Heritage installations have fitted a number of windows in my house I´m extremely pleased with the work that has been done. The fitters are very professional and tidy and make sure that everything is tidied up after themselves at the end of the day. The quality of the windows they use appears to be second to none. This is a very reputable local company and I would be more than happy to recommend heritage installations to anybody that is considering having replacement windows.

Excellent Service
We are delighted with our new windows and doors. The whole experience was pain-free. There was no internal mess to clear up, and absolutely no decorating to do afterwards. Dave and his two fitters were a pleasure to have in the house. Nothing was too much bother, and they were cheerful throughout. We would recommend them to anyone. A big thank-you to Heritage.

Replacements
I needed to replace the rotten sash windows with something modern, but still stylish. David gave an excellent quote, and you can't argue with the quality of the product or service. I'd definitely recommend Heritage, and definitely use them again in future properties.

Schuco Bi-Fold Doors

Happy Customer
We undertook a huge project with remodelling, refurbishing and adding extension to the property. David supplied and installed all the windows, French & bi fold doors. From our first meeting we received honest and informed advice. The price quote we got was certainly the best we have received and we were apprehensive this may be reflected in some compromises in quality but not at all. We went for PVC & Aluminium frames and the quality of the products, we think is excellent. We have been living in this property for only 2 months and it may be too early to give a verdict on quality but the windows and doors look sturdy, function well and look nice. Our builders & decorators were not the most careful people and the windows and doors had to endure quite a bit of soiling and rough handling. They seem to have passed that test well. They are one of the highlights of the house and attract the attention of our visitors. The workmanship of the installation exceeded our expectations and David and his workers seem to be very knowledgeable and honest.

The one comment I have to add is that David is very busy and at times I felt I had to wait longer than I expected to get his attention or to book him or his workers to do various bits and pieces related to the installation and follow up service. However, it may be this was simply us being unlucky as they had to attend to more pressing jobs. They certainly made it up for us through their courtesy and politeness.

We will have no hesitation to recommend David to friends and colleagues and will choose Heritage Installation again if we have a similar project in the future.

Bay Windows
We had two large bay windows installed (ground floor and first floor) by Heritage. We had a few quotes and not only was the price very competitive but David was the only person that seemed to know what he was talking about! He explained everything in fine detail, gave good advice, he basically provided a great service all round. The installer was brilliant too, just got on with it, again where there were issues he explained them and gave me all the facts and options. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and also have them back for any other work we need doing. We are very, very pleased with the work done.

Heritage Installations installed my windows, they were most professional, reliable and respectful to myself and my home.

The job has been completed to a very high standard for a very good price. I will need more windows replacing to my property and will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone requiring double glazing.

Great service
A great job by Heritage to install new windows in our house. They assessed our needs thoroughly which included noise reduction in front rooms and opaque glass in the bathroom. The work was done quickly and thoroughly by friendly staff, leaving a professional finish with decorating taken care of too. Very good at keeping us up to date with progress along the way, we would use them again!

After phoning several companies regarding repairs needed for my conservatory I found Heritage and spoke with Dave.

After a visit he quickly identified the issue and guys quickly came and did the work.

For what was a small job for them, but has had a big change for me I am very grateful for the professional quality service that was provided.

Fantastic Job!
David and the other Heritage guys, did a wonderful job on a difficult communal area. They made a nightmare job look easy but this was down to good planning and incredible knowledge.

Just had a new front door fitted by Dave and his team. Great advice and all promises kept. We had concerns before installation as our neighbour had a bad experience with a local firm but Heritage were fantastic. No disturbance to internal decoration or the external ornate brickwork above the door frame. Aftersales service has also been spot on. The bigger companies should take a leaf out of Dave's book.

Had a problem with an internal leak within a conservatory wall (typically out of guarantee) and Heritage were the first company that I found on the web to say "repairs to conservatories and no job too small". Heritage installations first came to build our conservatory, and did an excellent job. There are 4 large doors which have moved slightly (doors do seem to "settle" after a while), and the guys came back to fix any problems we had. We have since had most of our windows and doors replaced by Heritage Installations, and we are very happy with the work they have done for us.

Brilliant finnish
The Heritage installations team undertook major structural work in my home and I am very pleased with the final product. The team knocked out my rear wall to create a spacious open-plan living room/conservatory. Further to this new windows were fitted and a half brick half glazed porch was added to my home for extra security. All work was completed to a very high standard and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for quality workmanship.
